Blue and White Striped Style

Not one to pass by a wide-neck neck top, I literally snatched this top off of the hanger at my local Goodwill. Knowing that I had the perfect pair of blue pants at home, thanks to the magnificent Tracey Ellis Ross collection for JCPenney. 

I initially thought the piece was a crop top, but when I got home and tried it on with the pants, I realized it was better suited belt a belted look. I added my thrifted DVF clutch that I'm ashamed to say hasn't seen the light of day since I thrifted it from my local Plato's last summer....I promise I'll do better!
