


Body Confidence Coaching
Confidence or the lack thereof affects every area of our life. From the jobs we apply for to the partners and friends we choose, who we think we are and what we believe we deserve all emerge from what we believe about ourselves. In my ‘Confidence Coaching’ session, my goal is to sift through the muck and decipher why you think the way you do about your body. We’ll decipher where these negative thoughts came from and then retrain your mind to only speak positively about yourself to yourself and others.
Includes:
One 60-minute coaching session on the topic of body confidence and style.
Questionnaire to determine where the negative thoughts about your body come from
Goals worksheet outlining what you can do to think/talk better about yourself
Outcomes worksheet to discover which goals you have achieved
